Destiny Young, Owner and Attorney
Get to Know Destiny
Destiny holds an Associate of Arts from Pulaski Technical College (2009), a Bachelor of Liberal Arts from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock (2011), and a Juris Doctor from the UA Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law (2015). Licensed to practice in Arkansas since 2019, she is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and an active member of the American Bar Association.
Destiny’s legal career reflects a deep commitment to service and protection. She began her practice in small business collections before serving the State of Arkansas as a dependency-neglect certified County Attorney for the Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) across Jefferson and Lincoln counties. Drawing on her law school tax clinic foundation, she later transitioned into financial services leadership at Intuit (TurboTax), advancing to Senior Manager while guiding clients through complex tax landscapes.
After navigating her father-in-law’s probate case firsthand, Destiny saw how vital proactive planning is for families. That experience inspired her to dedicate her practice to helping others avoid court conflict, streamline asset transitions, and protect what matters most. She brings a practical, project-managed approach to estate planning, ensuring every client feels supported, understood, and confident in their legacy.
When she’s not working with clients, Destiny loves spending quality time with her wife, their two-year-old son, their two dogs, and their black cat, Ghost. Residing in Maumelle, Arkansas, she finds her greatest joy in watching her son grow and experiencing the world through his eyes.
